1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk0k ("bk0k", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bk0k.net. By accessing the bk0k website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open a bk0k account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You must also provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that will be used for account verification and payment purposes.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and your own. bk0k may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided, including:

• National Identity Card (NID) — the primary accepted document for Bangladeshi players
• Passport (for players who do not hold an NID)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of residential address
• Screenshot or transaction record confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits

Each individual player may hold only one active bk0k account at any time. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where bk0k identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonus balances, and confiscate winnings generated using bonus funds.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

bk0k accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. The minimum deposit via mobile financial services (MFS) such as bKash and Nagad is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bk0k account within three minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the respective financial institution. bk0k does not charge any fee on standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bk0k is not responsible.

All transactions on the bk0k platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits made in any other currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. bk0k is not liable for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your bk0k account are your own legally obtained money. You must not deposit funds that are borrowed, obtained through criminal activity, or sourced from a payment account that does not belong to you. bk0k reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds where it deems this necessary and may suspend an account pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

If a deposit does not appear in your bk0k account within the stated processing timeframe, please contact bk0k support via live chat with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. bk0k will investigate and resolve the matter within a reasonable period. Players should not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or MFS provider without first contacting bk0k support, as doing so may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4 Bonus & Promotional Terms

bk0k offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. The general provisions in this section apply to all bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise.

5 Withdrawals & Payout Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's deposit wherever possible. Supported withdrawal channels are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to supported Bangladeshi banks. Standard processing timelines are as follows:

The minimum withdrawal amount via MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500 per transaction. 6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from bk0k:

• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Accessing bk0k using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true location or identity

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or software error, bk0k reserves the right to void any wagers affected by the malfunction and to take whatever remedial action is necessary to restore fair play. bk0k shall not be liable for losses arising from technical issues caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider failures or device-side software issues.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits via their account settings. These limits are applied immediately when set or reduced. 8 Account Suspension & Closure
